My name is Logan Zuber, and I’m the owner of Lake Effect Properties. My wife, son, and I live right here in Auburn, Indiana. I’ve been buying and remodeling houses across Northeast Indiana for nearly a decade.

I’m not a big franchise or a national company. I don’t make offers I can’t follow through on. I meet with every seller personally, and if I say I’m going to buy a house, I do.

Over the years, I’ve helped homeowners in all kinds of situations — whether they’re dealing with a vacant property, going through a transition, or just don’t want to deal with repairs and showings. My goal is to make the process as simple and stress-free as possible.
